The analysts on CNN are sitting unnaturally close together. Does anyone else feel uncomfortable for them? I mean, Bill Bennett, if he turns quickly, he takes out half the crew. Spent all their money on fancy graphics, no cash for a larger table.
"Lincoln's reelection meant the union was worth fighting for. Franklin Roosevelt's was a rejection of Hoover's conservatism. Kennedy marked a new era in politics. Reagan marked the ascendancy of the conservative movement."
Also - My entire family lives in CO and with the exception of my rich sister - they all voted Blue! And my sister was notoriously disinterested in politics growing up so i'm counting on her NOT voting :)
McCain gives a classy concession speech. Yahoos in the crowds booing the president-elect. All class. Why didn't McCain give those kinds of speeches during the campaign?
Bill I was thinking the same thing. THAT was the McCain back in January I told Katie i'd be ok voting for. It's amazing how bad the GOP handlers and advisers ruined a good mans campaign.
I love the Onion. I have a friend who was in the crowd outside the White House last night. She said they chanted "Pack your shit!" That's so awesome it almost makes me cry. Help us Blitzer-Kenobi is HYS-terical. CNN graphics people with unlimited access to Red Bull is what that's all about.
Side note - the walmart toy catalog is reaching 75 percent of the eyeballs in my house at the moment.
I am driving the entire family crazy by channel-flipping.
Striking dif btwn Obama supporters in Grant Park and McCain camp in Phoenix. I think they just had a boys choir on.
Obama takes OHIO.
What do you think of NBC's fancy graphics? Not hologram cool.
I just asked Tim for a Diet Coke and he says ... "Geez! You're like a man in the 1970s."
That was funny.
I can laugh at that.
Little E says "Why are so many people Obamaholics or McCainiacs?"
That is even funnier.
I see on Facebook my buddy Mike in Duluth has a bit of a crush on Katie Couric tonight.
People are gathering all over the world to celebrate the end of the Bush era! Check this out:

BOOYAH!
Oh and anybody see Keloland's hi-tec voting results? -- they cut to a webpage with tiny little bar graphs!
Mollie! I need new glasses!
Oh lord. Now Will.I.Am is on hologram. I think CNN just jumped the shark.
If they elect Al Franken is that worse than Jesse Ventura?
Was just thinking how sad it was Obama's grandmother passed away yesterday. What a historic night. Wish I was in Grant Park tonight.
"Lincoln's reelection meant the union was worth fighting for. Franklin Roosevelt's was a rejection of Hoover's conservatism. Kennedy marked a new era in politics. Reagan marked the ascendancy of the conservative movement."
Here's the rest!

I have goosebumps.
A new day has dawned. As U2 would say "It's a beautiful day!" -- or maybe more appropriately Aretha Franklin: "A change is gonna come!"
Obama's speech was AMAZING.
But what was up with that music? Ugh.
Okay. Here we go. Springsteen. Way better!
They open their transition office tomorrow at noon!
You're our only election-night hope!
(I wish I wrote that.)

Obamas speech... wow... just.... wow.
Oh come on... YOU WERE THINKING IT!
Duh!
"The Nation Is Finally Shitty Enough to Elect Real Change."
