Envy drives me to work harder. So what else is new?

Kristie's new bathroom colors are so cool.

So I'm being a total sheep and painting Abbey's room today. "Cha Cha Pink" and "Denver Omelette" yellow. The plan is to finish up on Wednesday. I'll post pictures when it's done. (She's camping out with The Brothers until the big reveal. When she calls them that, I always picture a couple of monks.)

Too bad Tim kaboshed the loft bed, new carpet, new closet doors and updated light fixture. But since when should an almost 8-year old have a better room than me anyway?

Envy drives me to wish she would come over and pick out some kitchen colors and paint my walls FOR me.

LOL - that's just what it is!

She went to Hobby Lobby with me today and had the coolest idea for a sconce as a side table. Totally cute, and Ab can't fill the drawers full of random crap, because there aren't any drawers.

And it was her idea to pick up a bunch of "A"s in different fonts to put over the headboard.

She needs her own show.
