Simon Says ... at gunpoint

Yesterday Colton picked up The Nerf-N-Strike Longshot CS-6 at Target. The photo doesn't do this thing justice. Seriously, it's HUMONGOUS. It has Nerf dart ammo clips. And a scope. Anyway...

This morning I exit the bathroom to the sound of stomping. And there's Colton, pointing the Goliath of all Nerf Guns right at Eric (squinting through the scope, actually). Eric is hopping up and down with much gusto, and obviously getting tired. I ask what's going on.

Colton: "We're playing Simon Says."

Me: "At gunpoint?"

Eric: (still hopping) "Getting. Tired. Can I. Stop?"

(Apparently, Simon had told Eric to hop like a bunny. Then Simon didn't say anything else, forcing Eric to hop endlessly for fear of getting pelted at close range.)

I swear, life will be so boring without those kids around someday!
