TO ANY AUNTS WHO MAY BE READING THIS: Do you notice the "protected by Wallaces Farmer" sign above the fireplace? Used to be on a cottonwood tree at the farm. Makes me so happy every time I see it. (The white lovebirds came from Grandma's house, too.)

UNEXPECTED DEVELOPMENT: She's giving every piece it's own name! Very fun.

BECAUSE IT'S ALL ABOUT ME: I notice she hasn't named one Katie yet.

HERE I GO AGAIN: I would have named them all with phrases based on what a pain in the butt each one was to make. So people could choose the "Son of A..." necklace or the "I'm Deluding Myself" bracelet. Or how about the "This Sucks" earrings?

No wonder I don't own my own business!

Kristie, Bobbi, Cassie, Emily and Janet worked Kristie's first art fair booth at the Brookings Art Festival today. By the look of things, sales were going well.

Bought one for me with a peso on it. (Lou - promise you'll remember me when?)

Did I mention Kristie's Flatwear trunk show was this weekend? She sold her jewelry at Dunn Bros. Coffee here in Sioux Falls - and Mike (our senior art director at work) took orders for his cool wood sculptures.

Didn't get to stay long, as I had both Ab and Eric and they don't last long at coffee shops - but that's good, or I would have owed her my entire next paycheck. Her jewelry is that cool.
